Once they are at the event, interactive maps will help them find their way around; they can use the Colleague Locator to arrange to meet up with fellow attendees; and view the online conference guide to help them get the most out of their time at the conference. They will also receive alerts to remind them of late changes to the agenda, sessions and speakers.
